By embedding the personas of the Manager (Pedro) and HR (Marina) directly into the flow, the tool automates alignment on expectations, culture, and compliance through quick 3-minute conversations, generating immediate action plans and giving leadership back their time. With a projected cost savings of 93.3% versus the manual process and an estimated 82% lift in talent retention, the MVP turns a fixed onboarding cost into an engine of engagement and operational efficiency.
